The following are incident reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Oct. 4:

• On Tuesday, Oct. 2 police responded to a report of a civic matter (custody dispute) on East Jefferson St.

• On Tuesday, Oct. 2 police responded to a report of a burglary using no force resulting in a laptop, Toshiba, a diamond ring and other items being taken near Phil Harper.

• On Tuesday, Oct. 2 police responded to a report of aggravated assault of family strong arm near North Ash.

• On Tuesday, Oct. 2 police responded to a report of theft from public building resulting in credit/debit cards, money, documents being taken from Dollar General.

• On Wednesday, Oct. 3 police responded to a report of disorderly conduct fighting at Crossgates.

• On Wednesday, Oct. 3 police responded to a report of criminal mischief resulting in damage to autos- silver Nissan Altima near South Glover Street.

• On Thursday, Oct. 4 police responded to a report of domestic violence III near South Commissioner St.

• On Thursday, Oct. 4 police responded to a report of robbery in the street with knife resulting in $48 being taken near Arcola Road.
