Terry Michael Megginson Jr. was arrested Friday, April 5 and charged with one count of distribution of controlled substance and three counts of alias warrants.

Megginson’s arrest was a part of the recent drug operation called “Gemini” that was conducted by Demopolis Police Department that has seen more than 3o arrests following a 14-month undercover drug operation. Investigators traveled to Pensacola, Fla., and picked up Megginson from the Escambia County Jail.

Demopolis Police Chief Reese praised his officers for their continued efforts in keeping Demopolis a great place to live. Chief Reese stated that more arrests are forthcoming.
