Advisors, financial aid officers and COMPASS testers from Shelton State Community College will be on-site at the Demopolis High School Library on Thursday, May 30, to offer its admissions services to all past and current students in Marengo County interested in attending its Tuscaloosa campus.

Registration for the COMPASS test will begin at 8 a.m. Advising sessions, financial aid sessions and admissions sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

COMPASS placement assessment is generally required for first time students at Shelton State. Students who have official ACT/SAT score reports on file with the school and who have graduated within the last three years may be exempt from the placement assessment.
