Benefit held for Cody Webb Athletic Scholarship Fund

Fairhaven Baptist Church’s Children’s Mission groups, along with the Demopolis High School soccer team, held a kick-a-thon on Wednesday, Aug. 14 to benefit the Cody Webb Athletic Scholarship Fund.
Children gathered pledges for goals kicked during the event. DHS soccer players were on hand to tally goals, keep time and encourage participants.

The Cody Webb Athletic Scholarship will go to a DHS student-athlete who wants to further their education.
Donations for the scholarship can be made at Trustmark.
