Jane Alice Seale Watson, 62, of Greensboro, died Monday, Nov. 4 at DCH Regional Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 12, 1950, in Hale County to the late Charles Gordon and Annie Louise Rayfield Seale.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Gordon and Annie Louise Rayfield Seale.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly Watson (Travis) Davis and Kelly Watson (Townsend) Kyser, both of Greensboro; two brothers, Charles Merrill (Carol) Seale and Edwin Dawson Seale, both of Greensboro; and three grandchildren, Laura Rushing Kyser, William Townsend Kyser IV, and Samuel Davis Kyser.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. at Greensboro Bible Methodist Church with the Revs. Steve Vernon and Dee McGuire officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel directing. Burial will follow the service at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery in Akron. The family received friends at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Active pallbearers will be Christopher Seale, Nicholas Seale, Robbie Rose, Richard Rose, Roger Arrington and Carl Rayfield Jr.

Honorary pallbearers are the nurses and staff at DCS first floor NICU, Dr. Richard W. Shamblin, Dr. Fausto F. Salinas, Dr. Barry Newsom and Dr. Ben Lucy.

In lieu of flowers, Kimberly and Kelly ask that memorials be made in their mother’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
