Michael O. Young, 59, of Fire Tower Road in Dixons Mills, the beloved father of Shannon Young and the beloved brother of Brenda Watters of Toledo, Ohio, and Keith Young of Chicago, Ill., entered into eternal rest Feb. 5 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9 at Larkin and Scott Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Young Family Cemetery in Dixons Mills. Public viewing will be held Saturday, Feb. 8 from 1-5 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. The remains will repose at the chapel one hour prior to funeral services.
