DECA club visits Woodhaven for Valentine’s Day

The Demopolis High School DECA chapter delivered cupcakes to residents of Woodhaven Manor for Valentine’s Day in Feb. 10.
Chapter members have been visiting residents of Woodhaven since 2011 as part of a community service campaign called “We are Family.”
The campaign has given students the chance to interact and form relationships with Woodhaven residents.
DECA encourages its members to be socially aware and civic minded. The co-chairs for the project are Kathlene Saliba and Lauren Boone.
