Jimmy R. Smith, a native of Forkland, entered into eternal rest recently in Detroit, Mich.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at the First United Baptist Church in Forkland. Interment will follow in Rose Chapel Cemetery in Forkland. Public viewing will be held Friday, Feb. 28 from 1-6 p.m. at the funeral home. The remains will repose at the church one hour prior to the services.
