The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending April 4:

Michael D. Marshall, 52, was arrested Tuesday, April 1 for DUI and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit at West Monroe Street.

Jacob Nored, 19, was arrested Wednesday, April 2 for first-degree possession of marijuana and 13 counts of theft of an article from a vehicle at the Marengo County Detention Center.

John Clark, 59, was arrested Wednesday, April 2 on four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument at DPD.

Franklin D. Kelley, 26, was arrested Wednesday, April 2 for third-degree domestic violence and third-degree assault at Fitzhugh Lane.

Carroll J. Martin, 29, was arrested Wednesday, April 2 for second-degree manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Red Carpet Inn.

Tia S. Nichols, 23, was arrested Thursday, April 3 for second-degree manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia-first offense and possession of marijuana at the Red Carpet Inn.
