Demopolis Police incident reports for the period ending Sept. 2

The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Sept. 2:

On Wednesday, Aug. 27, police responded to a report of harassment-simple assault at Jack’s.

On Thursday, Aug, 28, police responded to a report of leaving the scene of an accident at Hall’s Catfish. A Nissan Maxima was damaged.

On Friday, Aug. 29, police responded to a report of harassing communications at West Pettus Street.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, police responded to a report of damage to a vehicle at Hilltop Circle. The left front bumper and fender of a Ford Fusion was damaged.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, police responded to a report of third-degree domestic violence and assault at South Front Street.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, police responded to a report of rape-strong arm at Cherry Drive.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, police responded to a report of shoplifting at Walmart. Packs of panties were stolen.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, police responded to a report of possession of dangerous drugs and escape at Jefferson Road. Powder cocaine and crack rocks were confiscated.

On Sunday, Aug. 31, police responded to a report of theft-miscellaneous at Outback Motel. A CD player was stolen.

On Monday, Sept. 1, police responded to a report of burglary of a residence without force at Overlook Drive. Money was stolen.
