Graveside services for Anne Briggs will be held Sunday, Dec. 14, at 2:30 p.m. at Briggs Chapel Cemetery in Porterville, Miss., with the Rev. David Willis officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Briggs, 53, of Demopolis, passed away Friday, Dec. 12 at UAB.

Survivors include her husband, Ricky Briggs of Demopolis; daughter, Katie McKinney and fiancé, Gavin Sheffield of Putnam; son, Matt (Tara) McKinney Epes; stepsons, Jason Briggs of New Orleans, La., and Clint (Kelli) Briggs of Brandon, Miss.; grandchildren, Porter Maclaine McKinney, Ethan Briggs, August Briggs and Ian Briggs; brothers, Bill (Kristin) Johnston and Forrest Johnston; sister, Mina Ruth (George) Adams; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Swaim and father, David Johnston.

Pallbearers will be Lee Leavelle, Greg Briggs, Bill Briggs, Rebecca Bearden, Merry Gaines and Chris Ozment.
