Thomas Earl Knight passed away Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 13, 1932, to William Meredith and Mary Arcola Etheridge Knight in Clarke County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Meredith and Mary Arcola Etheridge Knight; and son, Thomas Scott Knight.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Dixon Knight of Demopolis; daughter, Vanessa Knight (Joe) Hicks of Demopolis; son, Steven F. (Candi) Knight of Columbus, Miss.; and grandchild, Steven Todd Hicks of Linden.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. at Dunning Cemetery in Dixons Mills with the Rev. Randall Smith and David Compton officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.
