Mr. Otha Davis, age 36 of Forkland, Alabama passed August 2, 2015 in Forkland. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 15, at noon at Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church in Forkland. Interment will follow in church cemetery. Larkin and Scott Mortuary, LLC directing.
