Ms. Mervina Washington, a native of Forkland, Alabama, passed May 3, 2016 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14, at noon, at Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church in Forkland with Larkin and Scott Mortuary directing.
