DHS FBLA students bring home awards

On April 6 and 7, several Demopolis High School students attended the annual Future Business Leaders of America State Conference.  Students who placed and will advance to nationals in Anaheim, California are:

Ellen Dunklin, second place in Advertising.

Allison Polk, first place in Advertising

Natalie Saliba, second place in Healthcare Administration

Nirlai Patel, first place in Healthcare Administration

MaKayla Durden and Anna Kaye Williams, fourth place in Entrepreneurship

Michael Osmer, second place in Introduction to Parliamentary Procedures

Ariel Williams, third place in Introduction to Financial Math

William Douglas, Harley Johnston, and Maggie Bradley, fourth place in Sports and Marketing Entertainment

Also while attending the conference some DHS students that took the Microsoft Office test and became certified.
