Julia Alice Willis, 87, of Gallion, passed away June 16, 2018, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

Julia was born July 30, 1930, in Hamburg, Arkansas to the late Hogan Oliver and Margaret Etheridge Hobbs.

Surviving Julia is her husband, Charles H. Willis; daughter, Nanette Judd; son, Dennis Willis; sister, Martha McGarrity; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 19, at 1 p.m. from First Baptist Church of Demopolis with Rev. Carl Williams officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Grey Holycross, Judson Holycross, Jason Willis, Daniel Qualls, Buzz Luker, and Nicholas Luker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kelly Etheridge, Wallace Raines, John Brister, and John Malone.
