Bruce Randolph “Randy” Baker, 60, of Demopolis entered fully into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Oct. 28, 2018. 

Randy was employed by Alabama Power Company for 41 years and most recently held the position of Field Services Supervisor.

He was born Nov. 21, 1957 in Demopolis to William Spencer and Modean Davis Baker.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Peggy B. Stephens.

Surviving Randy are his wife, JoAnn “Jody” Johnson Baker; daughter, Christiana Baker (Ben) Cochran of Demopolis; sisters, Dot Ayres of Demopolis, Betty (Paul) Hatter of Millbrook, Sue (Tom) Allen of Gallion, and Beverly (Dwight) Meadors of Pelham; brothers, J.D. Baker of Gallion, Bill (Janelle) Baker of Gallion and Mike (Nikki) Baker of Demopolis.

Pallbearers will be James Burnam, Jeff Couch, Kenny Freeman, Danny Glover, Joey Griffin, Sonny James, Thomas McDaniel, and Avery Pruitt.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m., at the First Baptist Church of Demopolis with Rev. Hank Atchison officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.  Burial will follow immediately in Demopolis Memorial Gardens.
