Twenty representatives of area businesses, industries, and community agencies have been named to a committee that will provide input and recommendations to the career and technical education programs at Demopolis High School.

The Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee will provide advice and assistance to ensure that the CT curriculum at Demopolis High School remains relevant by reflecting current technology and trends in industry. 

“It is important that we meet with our industry leaders to make sure what we are doing in the area of career technical education is aligned with their needs. We need to continue to strengthen those partnerships to make sure we can produce graduates who can make an impact in our local workforce,” said Demopolis Superintendent Kyle Kallhoff.
