Linden held its annual ChiLLy Festival Parade on Monday night, rescheduled due to rain. The theme of this year’s parade is “Happy Birthday,” which is taken from the tenth anniversary of ChiLLy Fest, Alabama’s Bicentennial and Christmas. The winning float was decorated by Marengo Academy elementary students.
