Hugh Northam “Cam” Cameron passed away on Dec. 21, 2018 at home. Services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 11 a.m., at Fairhaven Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Stevens officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Burial will follow at Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Cam was born Oct. 18, 1956 in Meridian, Mississippi to Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Cameron, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving Cam is his wife, Lea Bryant Cameron; mother, Clara Nell Cameron; daughter, Caty Cameron Waldrop (Drew) of Tuscaloosa; Hugh Northam “Sonny” Cameron, Jr.; brothers, Tony Cameron (Joanne) of Eutaw, Chris Cameron (Lauri Anne) of Demopolis, and Tom Cameron  (Terri) of Demopolis; grandchild, his beloved Sophie whom he called Rosebud; nieces and nephews, Claire Cameron Bell, Lauren Cameron Glass (Josh), Chase Cameron, Emmy Cameron, Abby Cameron, Jay Bell, Cameron Bell, Susanna Bell, Brooke Bryant, Brittany LeCroy (Morgan), Blake Bryant; Bryan Cannon (Dawn), Mary Haisty (Marci), Christen Haisty, and John Haisty, Jr.; brother-in-law, Bubba Bryant (Teresa); sister-in-law, Debbie Haisty (John).

Pallbearers will be Shane McBride, Jeffrey Ford, Greg Crumbley, Chase Cameron, Michael “Heavy” Grisby, Jeff Holland, Greg Barnett, and Bart Brown.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Managers of the East Region of Southern Pipe and Supply Co., Southern Care Hospice, Marty and Jay Davidson and family, and Stuart and Rosalyn Waldrop.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.
