Evelyn Hamilton Crocker, age 91, of Thomasville died August 5, 2020 at Crowne Health Care of Thomasville. She was born October 18, 1928 in Thomasville to Ernest M. and Lucy Mae Hamilton. She was retired from the Federal Land Bank in Demopolis, she attended Linden United Methodist Church and was an avid bridge player and loved to travel.

She is survived by three step children, James Rexford Crocker, Jr. (Vicki) of Tuscaloosa, Richard Randolph Crocker (Carolyn) of Providence, Rhode Island, and Dana Marie Crocker Templeton (Dwain) of Northport, Alabama; niece and caregiver, Suzanne Stephens Smith (Ronnie).

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rexford Crocker; daughter, Geraldine “Jerry” Crocker; her parents, and two sisters, Nellie Mae Buckalew and Ruby Clyde Stephens.

Graveside funeral services were held at Thomaston Cemetery on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 10 a.m. with Rev. David Nelson officiating.

Pallbearers were, Ronnie Smith, Reid Smith, Brock Fendley, and Dwain Templeton.
