Debra Diane Ballard age 58 of Sweet Water, AL died March 17, 2025 at her home. She was born October 17, 1966 in Columbus, OH to Benjamin D. Ballard, Sr. and Sherbie Jean Hepstall Ballard.
She is survived by her son, Phillip Johnson, Jr.; daughter, Deborah Jean Johnson; brother, Benjamin D. Ballard, III; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held at Hickory Grove Cemetery on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 10:30 am until the 11:00 am, followed by a graveside service with Rev. Larry Cox officiating.
