Bessie Lucille Stockman “Sister” Perry age 83, a homemaker, of Demopolis, AL died April 29, 2025 at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.  She was born February 18, 1942 in Magnolia, AL to Selton and Effie Martin Stockman.  

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Morgan; son-in-law, Randy Morgan; brothers, Winston Stockman, Buddy Stockman (Christina), and David Stockman; sisters, Janie Hawks, Linda Ward (Bobby), and Juliette Andrews; two grandchildren, Randall Morgan (Kelly) and Ron Morgan (LeyAnne); and five great grandchildren, Ava Morgan, Hunter Morgan, Reagan Morgan, Layne Nall, and Cain Nall; and several nephews and nieces.

Graveside funeral services will be held at Magnolia Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Cemetery in Magnolia, AL on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm with Elder Jody Stockman and Nephew Heath Ward officiating. 

Active pallbearers were Randall Morgan, Ron Morgan, Keith Stockman, Troy Ward, Heath Ward, and Hunter Morgan.
