Vila Juanita Mullins Tucker, beloved wife, mother, and Mam Maw to most, age 91 of Sweet Water, AL died May 5, 2025 at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS.  She was born January 30, 1934 in Rutledge, AL to John Ben and Vila Iona Barrington Mullins.  She was an antique dealer and a member of Campground Methodist Church.

She is survived by her two daughters, Wanda Morgan (Henry) and Myrtle Tucker; daughter-in-law, Rachel Tucker; sisters, Veda Gude, Carolene Gray, and Peggy Bass; eleven grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Tucker; mother, Vila Iona Mullins; father, John Ben Mullins; son, Charles A. “Buddy” Tucker, Jr.; and grandson, Nicholas Dale Morgan.

Funeral services were held at Campground Methodist Church on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Fred Sakon officiating.  Burial followed at Campground Methodist Church.

Active pallbearers were Michael Williams, Damien Morgan, Wayne Tucker, Patrick Ducote, Landon Morgan, and Shane Williams.

Honorary pallbearers were Ryan Williams. Kaleb Morgan, Nick Hudson, Nathan Smith, Travis Hudson, Hunter Tucker, Paul Weatherly, Chase Weatherly, Luke Duote, Cort Morgan, Austin Morgan, Cliffton Tucker, and Cole Manley.
