Weston-Cooper

Aisha Weston-Cooper, a native of Greene County, Alabama, attended Birdine Elementary in Greene County and was a graduate of the class of 2000 at Demopolis High School. Weston-Cooper was conferred with her “Doctorate of Philosophy in Professional Counseling” on May 16, 2025, from Amridge University in Montgomery.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Alabama State University in Montgomery, and alongside her husband, she now owns and operates a mental health private practice in Montgomery called Cooper’s Mental Health Consulting. While pursuing her doctorate degree, she also worked full-time as an administrator of a home healthcare agency.

“Speaking as Aisha’s mom, I must say, all of Aisha’s family members are extremely proud of her and her accomplishments,” Annie Weston-Barton commented, “Hats off to Dr. Aisha Weston-Cooper for a job well done!”
