Demopolis Police incident reports for the period ending Feb. 4

The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Feb. 4:

On Friday, Jan. 31, police responded to a report of enters/remains in dwelling and harassment-simple assault at Hilltop Circle.

On Friday, Jan. 31, police responded to a report of third-degree theft of property at Hilltop Circle. An Alltell cell phone was stolen.

On Friday, Jan. 31, police responded to a report of obtaining with forged/altered prescription and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime at Boone’s Pharmacy. Hydrocodone and a forged prescription were confiscated.

On Friday, Jan. 31, police responded to a report of theft of an article from a vehicle and theft from residence at West Pettus Street. A Steyr firearm, a Huffy bicycle and money were stolen.

On Saturday, Feb. 1, police responded to a report of shoplifting at Vowell’s. Alcohol was stolen.

On Saturday, Feb. 1, police responded to a report of invasion of privacy at East Monroe Street.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, police responded to a report of third-degree domestic violence, third-degree criminal mischief and theft from residence at Third Avenue. A flat screen TV and an XBOX 360 were stolen.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, police responded to a report of burglary of a non-residence with force at South Cedar Avenue. Sheet rock and money were stolen.

On Sunday, Feb. 2, police responded to a report of harassment-simple assault at Eaton Drive.

On Monday, Feb. 3, police responded to a report of domestic menacing with a knife at Hackberry Lane.

On Monday, Feb. 3, police responded to a report of simple assault-family at Mason Ridge Drive.
