Both The Ravine Golf Course in Demopolis and the Greene County Golf Course in Eutaw are included in the 2002 American Cancer Society Golf Pass.
The Pass makes a great Father’s Day gift for dads to swing their best game yet.
The American Cancer Society 2002 Southern Golf Pass allows golfers to practice their swing for free or at a reduced rate at some of the most beautiful courses throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas.
The 2002 Southern Golf Pass is available for a $25 donation to the American Cancer Society. Golfers will receive rounds on 250 courses and 16 practice ranges valued at over $3,000.
Proceeds from the 2002 Southern Golf Pass provide funding for the American Cancer Society’s research, education, advocacy and patient support programs in our community.
“As a wife and daughter of golfers, I know the Golf Pass is a great gift idea,” said, Heather Rice, American Cancer Society’s representative for Marengo County. “Also, it’s an excellent gift for someone thinking of taking up the sport.”
The Golf Pass can be used throughout the 2002 calendar year, with any exceptions noted on the pass. Golf carts are required, but not included.
Call 1-800-ACS-2345 to place an order for the Golf Pass or for additional information about participating courses. The Golf Pass may also be purchased at the Ravine Golf Course from Rex Bible.
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy and service.
