A truck was stolen from Odom Chevrolet in Eutaw Sunday. The theft began a string of events that evening.
According to sales manager Forrest Moore, the truck was stolen at approximately 6 p.m. He was notified of the theft by Eutaw Police at 1 0 p.m.

Greene County sheriff’s deputies began a search until midnight for the suspect and both vehicles.
The pickup truck was found in a bushy area off Kirksey Avenue, the police chief said. The patrol car was found on a dirt road off Highway 43 south. The suspect is still at large.
