Nov. 28

A complaint was filed at Macedonia Church for criminal mischief. A propane gas tank, valued at $800 and the loss of $200 worth of gas were reported.

Nov. 29

A complaint was filed on Interstate 59-20 for theft of property. A 1993 Chevrolet van, valued at $3,000, was reported stolen. Other items inside the van including bicycles valued at $370, two coats valued at $115, a drill set valued at $199, a basketball valued at $36, a football valued at $12 and a set of spark plugs valued at $34, were also reported stolen.

Nov. 30

A complaint was filed in Boligee for criminal mischief. A battery charger, valued at $289, was reported stolen.

Dec. 1

A complaint was filed in Boligee for criminal trespass.

A complaint was filed in Forkland for criminal mischief. Damage to a Chevrolet Lumina, estimated at $970, was reported.

Dec. 2

A complaint was filed in Greene County for theft of property. A .38 special, valued at $150 and a .22 rifle, valued at $100 were reported stolen.

Dec. 3

A complaint was filed in Boligee for arson. Damage estimated at $210 was reported.

Arrests

Nov. 29

Frankie Powell, 37, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, second degree.

Kendall Gibson, 22, of Aliceville was arrested on charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied building. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Randall Louis Gibson, 22, of Aliceville, was arrested on charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied building. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Nov. 30

Demarcus Gilmore, 24, was arrested on charges of assault, third degree. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Dec. 3

Johnnie Mae Williams, 51, was arrested on charges of two counts of negotiating a worthless nonnegotiable instrument.

Nov. 22

Sharon Jones, 33, of Gallion was released on $5,000 bond for driving under the influence.

Nov. 30

Churka S. Okankwo, 33, of Atlanta was released on $1,000 bond for reckless endangerment.

Harold C. Collins, 40, of Eutaw was released on $5,000 bond for driving under the influence.
