Services for Rev. William M. Norwood Sr., of St. Louis, Mo. And a former native of the Springhill community of Boligee, will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2004, at the Springhill Baptist Church in Boligee with Rev. William M. Branch officiating.

The remains will lie in state at the church Wednesday beginning at 10 a.m.

Burial will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Demopolis under the direction of Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors.

Rev. Norwood is the beloved father of William Norwood Jr. and Jean of Gallion.

Mrs. Martha Richardson of Bessemer and a former native of Jefferson, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at Baptist Medical Center-Montclair in Birmingham.

Services are incomplete and will be announced later by Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors.
