We thank the MCHS for including Gaineswood as part of the pilgrimage and for working so hard to promote Marengo County’s gardens and historic sites.

We are also grateful to the following businesses and organizations who provided funding and/or in-kind support for the Gaineswood presentation: Colony Office Products, Business Equipment Company, Wallace Wood Products, Marengo Forest Products, the UPS Store, Parson’s Lawn Care, CEMEX, Robertson Banking Company, and the Southside Garden Club.

To all past, present and future supporters of Gaineswood, thank you for helping us achieve the AHC mission “to protect, preserve and interpret our historic places” and make the mansion a more meaningful part of our region.

Sincerely,

Matt Hartzell, Historic Site Director
