Richard Borden, of Sawyerville, AL passed on September 17, 2004 at his residence.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church in Sawyerville, AL.

Burial will be at Williams/Borden Family Cemetery in Sawyerville.

Mr. Borden’s body will lie in state from 12 Noon to 1 P.M.

Rev. Nathaniel Carter, pastor of Mars Hill Baptist Church, Greensboro, AL, will officiate.

Washington, Paige, and Rollins Mortuary, Greensboro, AL is entrusted with all arrangements.
