Eric Montz ran for 360 yards and two touchdowns, plus a 100 yard kickoff return to open the game, and that was barely enough to fend off the Saints.
Southern Academy went on to win the game, 35-28.
The Cougars ended the game with 544 yards of offense, and only 34 of those yards were in the air.
Thomas Langham was 2-6 passing for those 34 yards.

Andrew Hoggle added 111 yards rushing on 11 carries and another touchdown.

Brent Bonner had a decent night, going 14-36 for 244 yards and two touchdowns.
Beau Meeks had his share of the load on defense, finishing with 10 tackles.
