Reckless Driving and Driving Under the Influence occurring between 2:45 and 3 a.m. were reported near a convenience store on Washington St.
Burglary occurring between 12:05 p.m. March 13 and 1:55 p.m. the next day was reported at a clothing store on Washington St.
Reckless Endangerment was reported on Highway 5 N.
Theft of Property occurring between 8 and 9 a.m. was reported on Thompson St. A DVD/VCR combo and a CD player totaling $109.73 were reported stolen.
Burglary occurring between 3 p.m. March 13 and 7:22 a.m. March 15 was reported at the Perry County Jail. A computer, eight council checks, and a CD player were reported stolen.
Criminal Mischief occurring between 1:15 and 1:30 p.m. was reported at a residence on Highway 5 N.
Michael Brooks, 29, of Miami FL was arrested and charged with Harassment.
Assault occurring between 4:16 and 5 p.m. was reported on Thompson St.
Bell Mae Moore, 41, of Marion was arrested and charged with second-degree Assault.
Jonathan Daniels, 20, of Cordova SC was arrested and charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
Harassment occurring between 2 and 2:15 p.m. was reported at a residence on Catherine Drive.
Timothy L. Steadman, 24, of Marion was arrested and charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Third-degree Domestic Violence Assault occurring between 12 and 12:47 a.m. was reported on Magazine Drive.
Tony Stacey, 20, of Tuscaloosa was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault.
Carlton Tutt, 29, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault.
Indecent Exposure and Criminal Trespass occurring between 12:45 and 1 p.m. were reported on Lincoln St.
Theft of Property occurring between 6 and 7 p.m. was reported on Thompson Hill. A Motorola “flip” cellular telephone valued at $129 was reported stolen.
Bright Norfleet, 21, of Demopolis was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault.
Clinton Jackson, 58, of Uniontown was arrested and charged with first-degree Assault.
