A complaint was filed in Forkland for discharging a firearm.

March 10

A complaint was filed in Forkland for theft of property. A 60″ aloe plant, valued at $100, was reported stolen.

March 11

A complaint was filed in Forkland for reckless endangerment.

Arrests

March 6

James Paige, 41, of Greensboro, was arrested on charges of one count of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

March 7

Shirley Abernowske, 51, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of menacing.

March 8

Darius Edwards, 42, of Clinton was arrested on three counts of failure to appear.

Michael Chambley, 30, of Tuscaloosa was arrested on charges of failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Keith Bozeman, 33, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, harassment and reckless driving.

March 9

Barbara Clark, 35, of Aliceville was arrested on charges of two counts of robbery, first degree and one count of assault.

Michael Merritt, 22, of Clinton was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a motor vehicle.

Vladimir Simmons was released on $40,000 bond for assault, first degree and $15,000 bond for robbery, first degree,

Richard Nelson, 49, was released on $1,000 bond for driving under the influence.
