Christopher Atkins, 22, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of rape, second degree.

Aug. 5

Lucious Jackson Jr., 20, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of domestic violence, third degree and assault.

Aug. 2

A complaint was filed at the Highway Department for theft of property. A battery, valued at $59.95, was reported stolen. Damage, estimated at $10 was reported.

A complaint was filed for theft of property at Odom Chevrolet. An SSI check was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for robbery at Church’s Chicken.

A complaint was filed on Drummond Lane for criminal mischief.

A complaint was filed in Eutaw for harassment.

A complaint was filed in Eutaw for domestic violence and harassment.

Aug. 4

A complaint was filed at the Jr. Food Store for theft of property. A cell phone, valued at $69, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed at Church’s Chicken for theft of property. A purse containing $300 cash, $1,040 in jewelry and $170 in miscellaneous items was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed in Eutaw for criminal mischief. Damages to the windows and rear light of a Jeep Grand Cherokee were reported.

A complaint was filed at King’s Village for criminal mischief. Damages to a car, valued at $1,175, were reported. Police have taken a juvenile into custody.

A complaint was filed for theft by deception. A credit card was used to get sattelite service connected.
