Third degree theft was reported on Highway 80 West after a Nokia cell phone was taken.
Third degree assault and third degree harassment were reported on Hilltop Circle.
Aug. 27
Second degree domestic violence was reported on Brown Drive.
Aug. 28
Harassment was reported at the City Landing of Demopolis.
Third degree assault and third degree criminal mischief were reported on Maria Avenue A Mitsubishi and glass door were damaged.
Burglary of an auto was reported on North Main Street. Key sets, a wallet, U.S. currency, a Discover card, Parisians card, McRae’s card and Lowes Card were reported missing.
A missing person was reported on Olive Drive.

Third degree domestic violence was reported on Floyd Street.
Third degree domestic violence was reported on West Jackson Street.
Third degree theft of property was reported on Marengo Drive after a dash mount radio was stolen.
Third degree theft of property was reported on Marengo Drive after a Mongoose bike was stolen.
Aug. 30
A gas drive off was reported at Mr. Roys.
First degree theft of property was reported on Highway 80 East when a car lift, tire machine and Pure Oil sign were stolen.
Disorderly conduct was reported on Yacht Basin Drive.
Aug. 31
Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported on Powe Road when a 1996 Ford Explorer was taken without permission.
Third degree assault was reported at Demopolis High School.
Burglary of an auto was reported on Indian Hill Road. A lap top computer was stolen.
A gas drive off was reported at Diamond Gas Station.
Failure to pay for gasoline and alteration of a firearm ID number were reported at Mr. Roys.

Harassment was reported on East Jackson Street.
Third degree theft was reported at Taco Bell when a Taco Bell payroll debit card was stolen.
Second degree forgery was reported in regard to checks.
Unauthorized breaking and entering of a vehicle and burglary of an auto were reported on Highway 80 East. A checkbook was stolen.
First degree robbery was reported at Red Carpet Inn. A purse with its contents were stolen.

Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the Wal-Mart parking lot.

Possession of cocaine was reported on Roman Alley.
Third degree domestic violence and second degree possession of marijuana were reported on East Lyon Street.
Third degree burglary was reported at Bama Auto Parts. Coins, a tool set, socket set and wooden door were stolen.
Harassment was reported at Martin Luther Apartments.
Sept. 4
Third degree domestic violence was reported on South McGee Street.
Third degree criminal mischief was reported on Elmwood Drive after damage was done to a driver side door and rear door of a vehicle.
Sept. 5
Third degree theft of property was reported on Olive Drive when a Next 24″ bike was stolen.
A hit-and-run accident was reported at Elks Food Mart. A Honda Odessey Van as damaged.
Third degree assault was reported on A Street.
Third degree theft of property was reported on Walnut Street. A Huffy mountain bike was stolen.
Harassment was reported on Elmwood Drive.
Third degree burglary was reported on Highway 80 East. Assorted cash was taken.
Menacing was reported on North Strawberry Street.
Third degree assault was reported on Knox Circle.

Harold Marcus Overstreet, 46, of West Jackson Street was arrested for third degree domestic violence.
Aug. 30
Alida Marie Bohannon, 41, of Yacht Basin Drive was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Cedric Leon Kirk, 23, of North Walnut Street was arrested for third degree assault.
Aug. 31
Stacy Crenshaw Branch, 33, of Highway 80 East was arrested for two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
Ernest Matthew Spriggs III, 19, of Highway 80 West was arrested for failure to pay for gasoline and alteration of a firearm ID number.
