Third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief was reported when an Apex DVD player, remote control, bag of wires, two pair of scissors, two bottles of cologne, two pillow cases, two sheets, and two shirts was reported missing.

Quantana McClenney, age 36 of Marion, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and failing to appear.

Third-degree assault and failure to obey was reported in Marion Manor.
