The University of West Alabama invites area students in grades three through six to participate in the Elementary Science Olympiad, an academic interscholastic competition consisting of a series of individual and team events for which students prepare throughout the year. Students will have the opportunity to interact with one another, learn subject matter and have fun with science. Teams of 12 students, plus three alternates, are invited to participate from area elementary schools. Registration fees per team are $30.
