Theft of property and third-degree burglary was reported on Route 2 and Perry County Road 15. A yellow Crown Victoria and $50 was reported missing.

Dec. 4

Charles Edward Hinkle, 49 of Marion, was arrested on charges of being drunk in public.

Dec. 5

Third-degree burglary and theft of property was reported on Route 1 in Newbern. A Sony Playstation 2, X-Box, and games for the two systems were reported missing.

A car tag was reported lost from an unknown location.

Walter Paige, 32 of Marion Junction, was arrested on charges of violating probation.

Jamie Shultz, 23 of Brent, was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

Brandon Shultz, 21 of Brent, was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

Renee Barrett Kilpatrick, 38 of Marion, was arrested on charges of two counts of theft of property.
