The victim was later identified as Jeremiah Lucy, 29, of Uniontown.

Moore was held at Uniontown PD as Rhodes notified the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, and the following day he was arrested and charged.

Full details of the circumstances of the shooting are still under investigation, but Rhodes allowed that a third party, a female, may have played a role in sparking the altercation.
