Christal Compton, 31, of 111 Eastview Drive, Livingston, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-05-05 on a warrant for Negotiating a Worthless Negotiable Instrument. Compton was released on bond.

Dec. 7

Bonnie Foy, 45, 3514 Sumter 24, Emelle, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-07-05 on a warrant for Theft of Property – Third Degree. Foy was released on bond.

Kendrick Lee Campbell, 18, of

P.O. Box 181, Livingston, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-09-05 on charges of Reckless Endangerment and Menacing. Campbell was placed in the Sumter County Jail.

Dec. 13

Joe Rice, 58, of 401 Harris Road, Coatopa, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-13-05 on a warrant for Harassment. Rice was released on bond.

Jeremy Rice, 19, of 401 Harris Road, Coatopa, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-13-05 on a warrant for Assault – Third Degree. Rice was released on bond.

Terry Michael Megginson, Sr., 42, of 1847 Union Grove Road, Sweetwater, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-19-05 on a warrant for Theft By Deception – First Degree. Megginson was placed in the Sumter County Jail.

Ann W. Brown, 43, of 44 Martin Luther King Circle, Geiger, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-19-05 on two warrants for Negotiating a Worthless Negotiable Instrument. Brown was released on bond.

Milton Junior Ball, 28, of P.O. Box 88, Aliceville, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-22-05 on a warrant for Assault – Second Degree. Ball was placed in the Sumter County Jail.

66 Wild Honey Court, Demopolis, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 12-24-05 on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hardin was placed in the Sumter County Jail.

Brian Keith Jordan, 40, of 6435 Highway 60 East, Morehead, Kentucky, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 01-02-06 on a charge of Assault – Second Degree. Jordan was placed in the Sumter County Jail.

Lenwood Speights, 56, of P.O. Box 63, Panola, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 01-02-06 on a warrant for Harassment. Speights was released on bond.

David Eades, 34, of Route 1 Box 211, Emelle, was arrested by the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office on 01-02-06 on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Child Support Court. Eades was placed in the Sumter County Jail.
