Roland David Trotter

Roland David Trotter, age 79 of Linden, passed away July 2, 2006, at Springhill Memorial Hospital in Mobile. He was born on January 27, 1972, in Nauvoo. He was a retired foreman with James Rivers Corporation. He was also a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church in Linden.
Funeral services were held at Forest Hill Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 4, 2006, at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Don Newton, Rev. Wayne Sharpe, and Rev. David Moore officiating. Burial was at
Linden Memorial Park in Linden.
He is survived by wife, Ada Doris Trotter, Linden; son, Thomas Earl (Dottie) Trotter, Providence; daughter, Contance Camellia Trotter (John) Chambers, Northport; daughter, Mellisa Lynn Trotter (Harry) Hasty, Providence; step-son, Terry (Merry) Cummings, Needham; brother, Oliver Trotter, Nauvoo; 12 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Camellia Trotter; son, Ronald Trotter; brother, Thomas Wes Trotter; sisters, Flora Bell Jones, and Mae Early.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Forest Hill Baptist Church.
Active Pallbearers were Brad Trotter, John Chambers IV, Justin Hasty, Brian Hasty, Michael Trotter, and Billy Trotter.
