James “Little Buddy” L. Watt, age 56 of Emelle, Alabama passed August 7, 2006 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian Miss. Visitatoin is scheduled for August 8, 2006 at Bumpers Funeral Home in York, Alabama, beginning at 6 p.m., and ending at 8 p.m. Bumpers Funeral Home of York has been entrusted with the arrangements. The funeral service is to be performed at Binnesville Cemetery in Binnesville, Mississippi, on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Binnesville Cemetery.

During his 56 years, Watt served as a heavy equipment operator for the Sumter County Road Department, and was also a veteran of the Army.

“Little Buddy” is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Watt and Eloise Jones Watt and one son, Edward Brooks Watt.

He is survived by his daughter, Martha Watt of Emelle, Alabama, his aunt Martha Owens of Pleasant Ridge, Alabama and his many cousins.

The pallbearers for the service are going to Bud McCann, Thomas Earl Payne, Louis Roger Watt, Ernie Watt, Jerry Watt and Bubba Bryan.
