The Marengo County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Uniontown woman in connection with a murder Saturday.

Rose Mary Wallace, 45, was arrested and taken to the Marengo County jail for questioning in connection to a weekend murder. The sheriff’s department charged Wallace with homicide and a another gun related charge.

Wallace is currently being held in the Marengo County Detention center and bond has yet to be set for her release.
