Funeral Services for MR. SCOTT HENELY (SKEET) ASH, SR., of Demopolis, Alabama were held Saturday, October 7, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Demopolis, AL.
Rev. Frank Charleston, Jr. officiated. Rev. Charlie Moore, Pastor.
Interment followed in McKinley Cemetery, Gallion, Alabama.
Survivors include Lynett Ash, Demopolis, AL, Zara (James) Brookin, Cleveland, OH, Scott (Melissa) Ash, Jr. of New Iberia, LA, Linda Harris, Leon (Brenda) Ash, Odies Poellnitz, Delilah Ann Fluker and Terri (Frank) Charleston, all of Demopolis, Alabama; sixteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; one sister, Lenora Ash, Demopolis, AL and one god-son, George (Gracie) Sams, Dixons Mills, AL; one devoted friend, Kevin Shawn Smith; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services for MRS. LEE DRESTER FRAZIER WILSON of Demopolis, Alabama were held Saturday, October 7,
2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Millers Chapel AME Zion Church, Demopolis, Alabama.
Rev. Willie Vines, officiated.
Interment followed in Jones Cemetery of Demopolis, Alabama.
Lee Drester received her formal education at Black Belt Elementary School and Lomax Hannon High School.
She later earned her teacher&8217;s certificate at Alabama State Teachers College.
She was employed as a school teacher and principal for 25 years with the Marengo County School System.
After moving to New York City, she gained employment with the New York City Daycare System and remained there until her retirement.
She entered into eternal rest on October 1, 2006 at the Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home, Demopolis, AL.
Survivors include seven children, Pearline M. Childs, Hannah D. (Joseph) Grant, Frankie L. Wilson, Hiram F. Wilson, James E. (Patricia) Wilson, Severa (Mary) Wilson and Gloria C. (James) Owens; a grandchild she reared, Lee Drester (Phabiti) Atiba; two stepdaughters, Hettie Johnson and Cleo Daniel; a niece, Alice DeSilva; a nephew, Walter L. Lawson; twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
