Ruby J. Bagley

GALLION &045; Ruby J. Bagley, 90, of Gallion died Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 12, 2007 at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Chapel with Herman Pinion officiating. Interment will follow at Old Springhill Cemetery with Kidd-Robbins Funeral directors of Demopolis in charge of arrangements.

The Bagley family will receive friends at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Chapel Friday, from 10 a.m. until the service time.

Survivors include one son, Erwin Bagley of Gallion; two daughters, LaVerne Handrop of Aiken, S.C. and Ann Weninegar of Thomaston; two sisters, Ann McPherson and Margaret Harrison both of Witchita, Kansas; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

The family requests no flowers. Please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Home.

Bagley was born in Clark County and has resided in Gallion the past 51 years. She retired from Vanity Fair after 19 years of service and was a member of Gallion Bible Chapel Church in Gallion.

Pallbearers will be Talma Kirkham, Daniella Barnett, Percell Handrop, Randy Martin, Matthew Martin and Michael Martin.

BELMONT &045; Oliver Wade Gandy, 89, died Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at Riley Medical Center in Meridian, Miss.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, 2007 at Belmont Cemetery with the Rev. Scott Jones officiating.
