Rosemarie Cunningham

DEMOPOLIS &8212; Rosemarie Cunningham, 72, of Demopolis, formerly of Trenton. Visitation will be held from 2 until 9 p.m. on Wednesday at The Trenton Chapel &045; Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

She was the wife of Thomas Cunningham and the mother of Mark and wife, Gail, Cheryl Magnusson and Todd. She was the grandmother five grandchildren and the sister of Larry Roberts and wife, Carol, Loretta Kunath and husband, Jim and the late Albert Roberts.

Mauriece Dixon Hinson

MCCALLA &8212; Mauriece Dixon Hinson, 84 of McCalla died March 27, 2007, at home. A committal of ashes service was held at 9 a.m. on March 30, 2007 at Historical Riverside Cemetery in Demopolis with her son, the Rev. Maurice E. Hinson officiating.

The arrangements are under the direction of the family.

She was retired from Thermogas in Demopolis before moving to Tuscaloosa. She was a former employee of the Investigative Division of the Alabama Highway Patrol; State Planning Board and State Building Commission in Montgomery. A member of Forest Lake Methodist Church and Chancel Choir, Druid Promenaders, J&K Kickers, Tuscaloosa Squares, Morning Group of the Tuscaloosa Genealogical Society and a member of the Demopolis Chapter of the DAR.

She is survived by four sons and their spouses, S.H. Hinson

and Leslie of Ocala, Fla., Bruce W. Hinson

and Cynthia of Tallahassee, Fla., Richard A. Hinson

and Man Li of McCalla, Maurice E. Hinson and Gene of San Antonio, Texas; three granddaughters, two grandsons; two great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Robert &8220;Bobby&8221; Austin Kiff

DUMAS, Ark. &8212; Robert &8220;Bobby&8221; Austin Kiff, 70, of Dumas, Ark., born on July 17, 1936, Brunswick, Ga., and was the son of the late, Lonnie and Dorothy Kiff. He died in on April 1, 2007.

Family will receive friends during visitation from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday in the Griffin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services held at 2 p.m., Friday, April 6, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Dumas with Rev. Ross Woodbury officiating, followed by burial in Walnut Lake Cemetery.

Kiff served in the United States Navy, retired from Potlatch Paper and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dumas. Kiff was a resident of Demopolis before relocating to Dumas.

Survivors are his three sons, Keith Kiff of Tallahassee, Fla., Bob Kiff of Dumas, Ark. and David Kiff of Grapevine, Texas; a daughter, Denise Beech of North Little Rock, Ark.; a sister, Betty Hatcher of Rhome, Ga. and 14 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to: Leukemia Society or the American Heart Association. Griffin Funeral Home in Dumas is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
