Raymond Hines Sr.
BOSTON, Mass. &8212; Raymond Hines Sr., 76, of Epes died June 17, 2007 at Carney Hospital in Boston. Funeral services for Hines are set for 1 p.m. on Saturday at Miller Hill Baptist Church in Epes with the Rev. Samuel Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery with McInnis Mortuary of Livingston directing. Visitation is from 1-6 p.m. today at the mortuary and an hour prior to service time at the church.
Emma Gracie Atkins
DEMOPOLIS &8212; Emma Gracie Atkins, 78, of Demopolis died on June 24, 2007 at Colonial Haven Health Care in Greensboro. Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Eastern Star Baptist Church in Demopolis. The Rev. Terry Gosa will officiate.
Interment will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery in Gallion.
The remains will repose at the church beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis are in charge of the arrangements.
Carrie Bell Walton
FORKLAND &8212; Carrie Bell Walton, affectionately known as &8220;Cat,&8221; 71, of Forkland died on June 25, 2007 in Bowling Green, Ky.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Forkland. The Rev. Dr. William M. Branch will officiate.
Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
Public viewing will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. The remains will repose at the church beginning at noon on Saturday.
She was born in Jan. 5, 1936 to Walter and Lucretia Hendricks in Forkland, both preceded her in death. Her grandson, Anthony, and her siblings, Walter Jr., Lamus and Jimmie, also preceded her in death.
Her uncle and aunt, Pirlie and Mahala Turner, reared her.
She was of a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and was active in missions and outreach to the sick and shut-in.
She married Robert James Walton on Aug. 8, 1954. They had five children, Shaun Renee&8217; Walton, Robert Walton Jr., Karen Lynn Clay, Jeffrey James Walton Sr. and Lillian Javada Walton, all born while Walton was living in Buffalo, N.Y., who survive her.
Her siblings, Dot, Florida, Bonnie, Lillian, Bill and Bertha; a nephew, Floyd &8220;Sug&8221; Hendricks; son-in-law, Anthony Clay, and six grandchildren also survive her.

FORKLAND&8212; Beverly Banks-Nora, 55, of
Forkland died on June 25, 2007 at D.C.H. Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2007 at the Birdine A.M. E. Zion Church in Forkland. The Rev. Stanley Hickey will officiate.
Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
The remains will repose at the church beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Public viewing will be held from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis are in charge of the arrangements.

CLEVELAND, Ohio &8212; Leroy Rowser, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Demopolis, died recently at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2007 at the Evening Star Baptist Church in Demopolis. The Rev. Floyd James will officiate.
Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
The remains will repose at the church beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday. Public viewing will be held from 1-6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

EUTAW &8212; The Rev. Willie Gaines, 74, of Eutaw died on June 26, 2007 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at the St. Matthew Watson Baptist Church in Boligee. The Rev. Christopher Spencer is the pastor.
The Rev. Fred D. Moore will officiate.
Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
The remains will repose at the church beginning at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Public viewing will be held from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
