Tara and Sam R. Hall announce the birth of their daughter, Jacqueline Ella Hall. She was born on July 17, 2007, weighing 7 pounds and 15 ounces and being 20.5 inches long at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Joshua Landon Hall, who is 16-months-old.

She is the maternal granddaughter of the late Gloria and Gary Harper.

She is the paternal granddaughter of Wanda Hall of Birmingham and the late Jimmy Hall.
